In January of 2019, MSW Interactive Designs LLC will celebrate our 20 year anniversary. Twenty years in the internet business feels like an eternity!

According to the Small Business Administration, more than 70% of small businesses don't make it past year 10. Wow ... we take immense pride in making it this far and look forward to many years to come.  In the season of Thanksgiving, we want to express how truly humbled and grateful we are for the people who helped us make it to twenty

First and foremost, thank you Clients.  Thank you for entrusting the MSW team with such a critical part of your business. We take your success personally, and we are committed to doing the best job possible each and every day.

You are our "Why" ... helping small businesses grow and succeed is why we get up in the morning and come to work every day. We love what we do, and we love working with you!

In addition to clients, it's important to thank other people who contribute to your business success through the years. We read a great Jeffrey Gitomer newsletter this morning that helped drive the following list. When we think of who else needs a thank you from MSW Interactive, the list includes current and past team members, our vendors, the influencers in our lives, our supportive family members, our referral partners, our LXCouncil peer advisory group, and even the prospects who didn't hire us through the years (because they made us get better).

One thing that we learned early on is to provide value. One of our favorite quotes is, "there are no roadblocks along the extra mile." Value is one of the mantras of my favorite business and sales coach, Jeffrey Gitomer. If you've not subscribed to his weekly newsletter, you are truly missing out on some of the best sales and marketing advice in the world.

It doesn't matter what kind of business you are in. Read his stuff religiously, implement his ideas, and your business will grow.

Every newsletter, every blog, every book ... their all packed with pure gold. We own all of his books, have read them multiple times, and have attended his live seminars. There's much to learn from this man and he gives so much of it away ... for free.
